はじめまして。HARUdesign代表の好岡 正治（よしおか まさはる）と申します。
社名「HARUdesign」には特別な意味はありませんが、自分の名前「Masaharu」の「HARU」と、好きな「Design」を組み合わせて名付けました。自分らしい仕事を続けていきたいという想いを込めています。
【自己紹介】
広島で生まれ育ち、お好み焼きをこよなく愛する生粋の広島っ子です。
中学卒業後、同級生より一足早く社会に出て、地元・広島の工務店で大工として働き始めました。約12年間、数多くの現場で経験を積むなかで、職業訓練校にも通い、建築の基礎から専門技術まで幅広く学びました。
その後、趣味のサーフィンをきっかけに、新たな挑戦を求めてオーストラリア・ゴールドコーストへ単身渡航。英語を学びながら、現地の住宅施工会社やインテリアデザイン会社で約8年間勤務し、日本とは異なる住宅デザインや施工技術、空間づくりの考え方を学びました。
帰国後は東京を拠点にHARUdesignを設立し、店舗・住宅のリノベーションや内装工事を手がけています。
日本とオーストラリア、二つの現場で培った経験を活かし、「デザイン性」と「実用性」を兼ね備えた空間づくりを心がけています。デザインから施工まで一貫して対応し、お客様一人ひとりの想いやライフスタイルに寄り添ったご提案を大切にしています。
これからも、一つひとつのご縁を大切にし、安心してお任せいただける丁寧な仕事を続けてまいります。

About the Founder
Hello, my name is Masaharu Yoshioka, the founder of HARUdesign.
The name “HARUdesign” doesn’t have any special meaning. It simply combines “HARU” from my first name, Masaharu, with my passion for design. It reflects my desire to stay true to myself and create work that genuinely represents who I am.
I was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan, and I’m a proud Hiroshima native with a lifelong love of okonomiyaki.
After graduating from junior high school, I entered the workforce earlier than most of my peers and began my career as a carpenter at a local construction company in Hiroshima. Over the next 12 years, I gained extensive hands-on experience while attending a vocational training school, where I built a strong foundation in construction and craftsmanship.
Inspired by my passion for surfing and a desire to embrace new challenges, I moved to the Gold Coast, Australia. While studying English, I worked for a residential construction company and an interior design firm for approximately eight years, gaining valuable experience with different architectural styles, construction methods, and approaches to interior design.
After returning to Japan, I established HARUdesign in Tokyo, where I specialize in residential and commercial renovations, interior remodeling, and property refurbishments.
Drawing on the knowledge and experience I gained in both Japan and Australia, I strive to create spaces that combine thoughtful design with everyday functionality. By providing a seamless service from design through construction, I focus on delivering solutions tailored to each client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget.
I value every opportunity to work with my clients and remain committed to delivering quality craftsmanship with honesty, care, and attention to detail.
